Pavia e Ansaldo with FS Sistemi Urbani S.r.l. for the redevelopment of the former Porta Romana station

Milan, 3 february 2020 – Studio legale Pavia e Ansaldo has been selected as legal advisor by FS Sistemi Urbani S.r.l. – Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group (Italian National Railway Group) in the process for the disposal of the former Porta Romana train station (Milan), on which the Olympic Village for the Milano – Cortina Olympic Games in 2026 will be built. The valorization of the area is a part of the wider project of urban redevelopment of 7 former train stations, including the creation of new pedestrian areas, green areas and social housing flats, on the basis of a programmatic agreement executed between the Municipality of Milan, Lombardia Region, Ferrovie dello Stato S.p.A., FS Sistemi Urbani S.r.l., Rete Ferroviaria Italiana S.p.A. and Savills Investment Management S.G.R. S.p.A.
